Housing
The GUBELOG-01 housing is made from PA12 nylon, a high-quality material with excellent mechanical properties that can withstand shocks and vibrations. It is ideal for use in harsh environments.

Beyond Simple Logging: The AI Edge
The GUBELOG-01 data logger comes with the free GUBELLINI DataStudio suite, the software that enables full management of the device. In addition to standard functions (such as device configuration, data download, and management of external modules), DataStudio features an innovative AI Analyst (an analysis system that incorporates artificial intelligence). This multi-agent system integrates with cutting-edge models such as Google Gemini and OpenAI to automate anomaly detection, perform complex mathematical transformations (such as FFT or integrals), and generate professional technical reports in seconds.
By combining physical resilience with advanced “Virtual Sensing,” the GUBELOG-01 transforms raw electrical signals into actionable data intelligence.


Technical Specifications
Integrated Sensors (GPS/GNSS & IMU)
The GUBELOG-01 is equipped with two critical integrated sensors for advanced vehicle and machinery dynamic analysis:
GPS/GNSS Receiver: An integrated module featuring a 10 Hz update rate with a built-in antenna on the PCB.
Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU): A 6-axis sensor (3-axis accelerometers + 3-axis gyroscopes) rigidly mounted to the internal board. It enables the measurement of longitudinal/lateral acceleration and roll, pitch, and yaw angles.
Accelerometers: 30g range, 1125Hz internal sampling, 68.8Hz low-pass filter.
Gyroscopes: 2000 deg/sec range, 1125Hz internal sampling, 73.3Hz low-pass filter.
Analog & Digital Inputs
Analog Inputs (AN1 - AN8): Features 8 channels with a 12-bit ADC converter, split into two professional categories:
Standard 0-5V (AN1 - AN4): High-impedance voltage inputs (-0.3V to 5.3V), ideal for potentiometers, pressure sensors, and pre-amplified thermocouples.
Current 0-20mA / 4-20mA (AN5 - AN8): Includes internal 250 Ohm precision pull-down resistors for "Plug&Play" connection of industrial current sensors without extra hardware.
Digital / Frequency Inputs (DI1 - DI4): Designed for pulse signals such as wheel speed sensors, engine RPM, and flow meters.
Precision: A high-frequency hardware counter ensures near-zero latency for signals from 1Hz up to 20KHz.
Trigger Thresholds: Logic "HIGH" at > 2.5V and "LOW" at < 1.0V; supports battery voltage (VBatt) on the pins.
Connectivity & Communication
CAN Bus Interface: Extracts up to 16 signals simultaneously using a High-Speed CAN 2.0B transceiver. It supports OBD II, SAE J1939, ISOBUS (ISO 11783), and OpenCAN protocols (programmed by GUBELLINI DataStudio). An internal 120 Ohm termination resistor is included.
CAN Bridge Mode: Allows a direct bridge between physical inputs (GPS, IMU, Analog, Digital) and the CAN bus for real-time data transmission.
Digital Outputs: Includes two programmable outputs (0-5V) to drive software alarms or external relays for motors, pumps, and solenoid valves.
Max Load: 60V max drain voltage, 1.5A max current.
WiFi Module (Accessory): The GP-DL-WF01 module acts as a bridge to local networks for real-time data streaming and alarm monitoring.
Specs: Industrial-grade WIZnet WizFi360, 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz), WPA/WPA2-PSK security, and programmable TCP port (default 9000).
Ruggedness & Intelligence
Extreme Environment Ready: The device is IPX8 certified for waterproof operation in harsh environments. Guaranteed operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +85°C.
Internal Memory: Supports Micro SD cards (16GB to 128GB) using RAW data writing for maximum reliability.
Intelligent Logging: Features "Always On" or "Auto-Start Condition" modes, allowing the device to begin recording based on specific input values.
AI Analyst: Integrated into GUBELLINI DataStudio, this multi-agent AI system automates anomaly detection, complex graphing, and professional report generation.
Hardware Interface
Main Connector: Uses the automotive-grade JAE MX23A26NF1 (26-pin). It features silicone sealing for waterproof integrity, a click-lock mechanism for extreme vibration resistance, and low-profile electrical protection.
Power Supply: Supports 7V to 24V DC input and provides a 5V output for connected sensors.
USB-C Connection: Side-mounted, rubber-sealed port for configuration, real-time monitoring, and data downloads at 1Mbps.
