GUBECloud is the service that transforms your data logger GUBELOG-01 into a powerful remote monitoring platform. You’ll no longer need to visit the site to download data or check the machine’s status: you’ll have everything under control from your smartphone or office PC. Whether your site is just round the corner or on the other side of Europe, the connection is guaranteed, secure and hassle-free.

Your data in real time, anywhere in Europe

GUBECLOUD acts as a seamless and reliable link between the hardware installed on-site and your control centre. Whether you need to collect data from environmental sensors, monitor production parameters or control actuators remotely, our cloud infrastructure ensures you can keep your entire plant under constant supervision, 24 hours a day.

Web Console:

A powerful and comprehensive desktop portal, ideal for the control room. It provides an overview of the device fleet, in-depth analysis of historical graphs, and administration tools for user management.

Mobile App:

The system is literally at your fingertips. A responsive, optimised app that lets you check vital signs on the go, receive real-time alerts and send quick instructions to your staff, even when you’re out and about

We have created a transparent ‘All-Inclusive’ package with no hidden costs.

Service cost: €24.90 / month (excl. VAT).
European Connectivity Included: No need to sign contracts with mobile operators. If you use the Wi-Fi module included in the data logger, you’ll have direct access to the cloud via the local network. If you use our optional NB-IoT cellular module, the global M2M SIM is registered in our name and data traffic across Europe is paid for entirely by us. You only pay for the cost of the module, which remains valid for 4 years, and the monthly fee.
Total Flexibility: You can activate GUBECloud at the time of purchasing the data logger or at a later date. The service works perfectly whether you use the Wi-Fi module integrated as standard in the data logger (by connecting it to the local network) or purchase the external cellular module for maximum independence.
Data Update: Your data is updated and saved to the Cloud up to once a minute, ensuring near real-time monitoring without overloading industrial networks. Upon purchase of the module, monitoring is set to once every 10 minutes.

The GUBECloud Dashboard (Your data, organised)

When you log in to the web portal or mobile app, you’ll find an intuitive dashboard, pre-configured to give you a clear and immediate overview.

Standard Dashboard Included: View the trends and history of your sensors, conveniently organised into thematic groups:

GPS: Position tracking.
IMU: Inertial data (acceleration, tilt).
Digital: Status of digital inputs (frequency inputs).
Analogue: Graphs and values of analogue sensors (0–5V and 4–20mA).
CAN: Data read directly from the on-board CAN bus.
Alarms: The emergency control panel, which includes 4 programmable alarms within the data logger.

Upon initial installation, you can provide us with a mapping list (between data logger inputs and sensors) so that the actual names of the measured parameters can be displayed on the dashboard:

E.g. Digital1 = Engine 1 RPM; CAN2 = Oil pressure; Alarm 1 = Water temperature…

Would you like an interface designed specifically for your system?

Extra Service: Custom Dashboard Design from €250 (one-off fee). We will design the graphics, widgets and layouts exactly according to your machinery’s specifications. Note: The widgets and structure of the dashboard are limited to the options of the platform we use.

Alarms and Notifications (Never miss a fault)

The data logger independently manages up to 4 hardware alarms. When GUBECLOUD detects that one of these alarms changes state (triggers or resets), it notifies you.

Push & Email Notifications Included: Receive an instant alert on your smartphone and an email in your inbox whenever a critical alarm is triggered, allowing you to take prompt action.

Want to add complex logic without modifying the hardware?

Extra Service: Cloud-Side Automations from €50 (one-off fee per alarm). We can create ‘virtual’ alarms directly in the Cloud by cross-referencing data (e.g. “Notify me if analogue input 1 exceeds 50°C and digital input 2 is off”).

Data History and Reporting (The true value of memory)

GUBECloud doesn’t just show the present; it stores the past to help you make better decisions.

Secure Archive: All collected data is securely stored on our servers.
Automatic Reports (Weekly and Monthly): Set up automatic delivery of reports in PDF or CSV format directly via email. You’ll receive a weekly or monthly summary of the system’s performance, perfect for company meetings or for end customers.
Manual Export: Need to analyse a specific event? Select a date range and export the raw data to Excel with a single click.
